DEVELOPMENT UPDATE.
Construction is underway to complete the remaining units in phase three for BOSA’s 53-acre master-planned community. Current homes feature two- and three-bedroom townhomes with a lock-off suite on the ground level.
The five-story building currently under construction is going to be a rental building. Blue Sky properties are currently seeking development permits for the future phases, which will vary from the current townhomes. Future phases are expected to be available in 2024/2025, with the amenities center scheduled for completion in 2024.
